I have been an Administrative Assistant in the financial industry since 2017. I pride myself in providing friendly service to our clients and timely processing of their requests. Previously I worked in the telecommunications industry as a Customer Service Representative and Product Manager for over 20 years. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto and I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin.
